This high-quality FID bench will stand up to years of use, featuring a heavy-duty frame made with steel tubing and a rugged powder-coat finish. The backrest features 11 different angle adjustments for a wide variety of exercises and adjusts quickly and easily with a pull-pin system that locks the backrest securely in place. The seat pad has three angle adjustments, to further increase this bench's versatility. The leg hold-down also has three height adjustments to make it perfect for users of any size.

The DF9500 Flat, Incline, Decline Bench is perfect for use on its own with dumbbells or pairs with a Pro Squat Rack (DF825) or Smith Machine (DF4900) for a complete workout. The DF9500 also accepts several attachments, including; Lat Attachment (DF1200), Preacher Curl Attachment (DF105), and the Deluxe Leg Developer (DF106).
