Expand the versatility of your Deltech Fitness bench with the newly redesigned DF1200BL Lat Attachment. Attaches to your bench to add exercises like Lat Pulldown and Triceps Extensions. The weight carriage glides on nylon bushings over a chrome tube. It uses Standard Plates but can also accommodate Olympic Plates with the included Olympic adapters. This Attachment fits Deltech products: DF1000- Olympic Weight Bench, DF2000- Standard Weight Bench, DF1050- Olympic Squat Combo Bench, DF9500- FID Bench, DF9600 FIE Bench, and DF104- Two in One Flat to Incline Bench. This Attachment will fit most other brands of weight benches that accept 1-3/4" attachment. Make sure your bench has an opening of at least 1-3/4" on the inside of the tube and 2" on the outside of the tube.

* Be sure to check cables and pulleys for wear. These are both consumable items which means they will have to be replaced from time to time.
* You should check the tightness of bolts a couple times a year to make sure they stay tight.
* Silicone or Teflon spray is recommended on the post where the weight carriage slides up and down the post.
